Most orders process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive it in 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally, and what will it cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes — these are the customer's responsibility.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received shipping confirmation within 1-2 business days of ordering, contact our support team.
Can I change, cancel, or return my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed before they've shipped — once processed, we're unable to make changes. If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items? Contact support with photos and we'll take care of it.
