Yes. Every Midnight CatNap plush includes a unique code that unlocks the exclusive Midnight CatNap skin in Escape from Playtime on Steam.

Your code is emailed separately from your order confirmation. It will be sent to the same email address used at checkout and will arrive within 1-5 business days of your purchase.

First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for an email with the subject "Your Midnight CatNap skin code is here." If it's been more than 5 business days since your purchase and you still can't find it, contact us at poppyplaytime@bdainc.com with your order number and we'll get it to you.

• Launch the game and wait for your profile to load completely.
• Open the Settings menu.
• Navigate to the "Extras" tab located at the top/side of the settings screen.
• Click the "Redeem Code" button.
• Enter your code into the popup text box and click “Redeem.”
  

You'll need Escape from Playtime on Steam, which runs on Windows 10 or 11. The game is not included with the plush. Escape from Playtime launches October 21, 2026, and codes can be redeemed once the game is live.

Yes, you'll receive one code for each Midnight CatNap plush you purchase.

Each code is unique and can only be redeemed once, on one account. Once it's been redeemed, it can't be used again.

No, your code doesn't expire. Redeem it whenever you're ready once Escape from Playtime is live.

Because each Midnight CatNap plush includes a one-time-use digital code, it isn't eligible for standard returns. If your plush arrives damaged or is missing from your order, contact us at poppyplaytime@bdainc.com with your order number and we'll replace it. We'll ask for photos and a short video of the package and plush so we can process your replacement quickly.

No. The Midnight CatNap skin is exclusive to purchases of the Midnight CatNap plush.
