Sadly, this was ordered 3 times. The first time, some random carrier delivered it to the wrong address. They then sent me a replacement free of charge, but for some reason, the post office shipped it back, claiming that the address was in one sentence and needed to be redone. I then received a refund eventually and was able to order it the 3rd time and finally received it. Very nice doll and great customer service.

Dog Day plush was large with happy n bright colors in a soft plushy material and well made! Very happy with this item!
Only drawback with ordering from Poppy Playtime online is the terribly long time to receive items. But it's been that way for three separate orders I have made. Wish it was quicker turnaround time.
